Z-Sales, was a prototype for generating venture capital. The design approach they wanted was different from Z-Leasing in that it was intended for professional real estate people who deal in properties with values of up to $100 million.

The site feature detailed information about buildings and leases and was designed cleanly for use by both buyers and sellers.
