The Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI) wanted a tutorial on the subject of the Non-Proliferation Treaty. The piece was created in Flash and designed to be integrated with the existing website. My role was Flash developer and designer of certain screens such as those depicted.

The tutorial includes a cross-referenced glossary, interactive world maps and scrollable historical timeslines. The project uses levels to load different multimedia movies into the presentation.
